Plans announced

Rental prices and house plans have now been released for our Phase 1 sites, Randlay and Madeley.
Plots can now be reserved and will be ready to move into from spring 2016.
If you would like to reserve a plot, a £200 holding fee is required. This will be refunded back to successful applicants against their first month’s rent – minus any fees for credit and reference checks.
