Nuplace homes are all well-built and beautifully finished modern properties. Here you will find all of the information you need about the specification of our homes across all of our sites.

Please note that white goods are not included in any of our homes but space will be provided for a larder style fridge freezer, washing machine/dryer and dishwasher.

Sustainable homes

Nuplace is proud to be building new sustainable housing developments which are a benchmark other housing schemes in the borough. Our upcoming developments in Telford are being designed in accordance with the council’s commitment to tackle climate change. Properties at Southwater Way are the first to benefit from solar panels and their own electric car charging points. This step forward within Nuplace’s specification will not only reduce the scheme’s carbon footprint, but it will also help reduce fuel bills for our tenants.

The flooring inside of our homes can vary from site to site. Our properties are fitted with either luxury oak effect vinyl tiles to the entire ground floor or oak effect ceramic tiles in the kitchen, dining room, hall and downstairs WC with carpet in the living room. All homes have carpet to the stairs, landings and bedrooms.

Once you find a property you like why not speak to our lettings team and they will be able to provide specific details of the flooring for the home you have chosen.


Main bathrooms, en-suites and down stairs w/c are all fitted with white suites and oak effect vinyl flooring.


Our kitchens include an integrated electric cooker, gas hob and cooker hood with light.

At our newer developments, some properties include a quality Bosch oven, gas hob and extractor.
