This Victorian school off Main Road in Ketley Bank has been sympathetically restored to provide a number of contemporary Nuplace homes.

The school, which was first built in 1878 has stood firm at the heart of the community and will now continue to do so for generations to come.

As well as seven 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes within the converted school, the development now offers a further twenty one 2 and 3 bedroom new build homes to the rear of the building, which includes five bungalows.

In converting the original building, Nuplace has sought as far as possible to preserve the street scene on Main Road which will protect and enhance the integrity of the existing building, as well as ensure the key route to the playing fields to the right hand side of the building is maintained.

Nuplace properties at this development are now available to reserve. If you would like to reserve a brand new home here’s how you can do this:

1. Take a look through rent prices, floor plans and details of our latest homes below.
2. Once you have found your preferred plot(s), please complete an application form online.
3. Due to high demand, we will be allocating properties on a first come, first served basis as long as the applicant meets the required criteria.
4. We will contact everyone by telephone on a first come first served basis until all plots have been reserved. This gives us the opportunity to run through the finer details of your application including references, credit checks and to let you know what will happen next.
5. Please allow at least five working days for us to contact you upon submitting your application form. This also gives you time to think about any questions you may have. Please do not call our office during this time period.
