New homes launched in Snedshill

New homes can now be reserved at Nuplace’s latest development ‘Rowan View’ in Snedshill following the development launch last month.

Councillor David Wright, Cabinet Member for Housing said: “We are delighted to have launched an additional 37 new homes in Snedshill making this Nuplace’s ninth development in the borough.
“All properties were reserved within just four weeks at Nuplace’s adjacent site in Snedshill back in 2018 so it’s exciting to be able to create similar homes nearby which have proved hugely popular with families who are looking for fantastic long term homes to rent.”
